1. What are your products made of?

Most of my items are handcrafted using high-quality epoxy resin. I often incorporate pigments, glitters, dried flowers, vinyl decals, and other decorative materials to make each piece unique.

2. Are all your items handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade with love and care, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations and imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade resin art.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. Whether it's a specific color scheme, initials, or a theme, just message me with your request or check the personalized section on my shop.

4. How do I care for my resin coasters and trays?

To keep your resin items looking great:

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth

  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads

  • Keep away from high heat or direct flames

  • Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave

5. Are your coasters heat-resistant?

Yes, my coasters can handle warm drinks, but they are not designed for extremely hot items like pots or pans. 

🎁 Orders & Shipping

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time for handmade items is typically:

  • Shipping: Please allow 3 - 7 business days for shipping as these coasters are hand-made. Orders should arrive 3 -5 days after shipping.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship within United States. If you're outside this region and interested in ordering, please reach out and I’ll see what I can do!

💬 Returns & Issues

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! I do my best to package everything securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. I’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an an error in fulfilling the order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

11. Can I order in bulk for events or gifts?

Yes! My items make wonderful party favors, bridesmaid gifts, teacher gifts, and event keepsakes. Just message me with your quantity and timeline, and I’ll create a custom package for you.
